As a child, I was deeply connected to my gifts, and over the past eight years, I’ve reconnected with that intuitive wisdom. Now, I want to help you reconnect with yours.

I was born and raised in New England. I have lived in Connecticut, Vermont, New York, and now currently reside in Florida.

For my astrology and human design girlies, I am a 4/6 Mani-Gen with a Taurus Sun, Leo Moon, and Scorpio Rising.
Here is a little more about my story, I believe in my highest heart we all choose to come here to learn, and that there are no coincidences. I have been a student of “earth school” since day one and have had a lot of bumps along the way. When I was younger I deeply struggled with being here.
My biggest rock bottom was at 17 when I became addicted to you name it. I tried to shut out the world, and silence my gifts through self destruction. I did not want to be “awake”, I just wanted to get by. My second “awakening” moment was in 2017 after my best friend, a soul sister, died from a drug overdose. This loss opened my eyes to my destructive tendencies, and if I didn’t change...
Through this death portal, I became even more sensitive to the energies around me, I could not shut them off, and for years battled with depression and anxiety.
I gave my power away to those around me. I got very sick. I was stubborn, and pushing my feelings away only caused me more pain.
I learned that I needed to lean into life, and my emotions.
The journey of radical acceptance began. I started to see the beauty in the connection to everything and everyone around me. I called back my power. I integrated lessons, I met myself in my shadows, saw all of my “imperfections” and welcomed them home. I learned that I am a mirror for others as they are for me.
I wouldn’t change a thing, because it has made me who I am today, and led me here to meet you.
